Area demining and cleaning

A package of measures aimed to remove mines and clean areas from explosive objects (EO) is implemented pursuant to Federal Law No.68-FZ dated December 21, 1994 "On Protecting the Population and Territories from Extraordinary Natural or Manmade Emergencies" and territorial and regional orders setting out procedures and arrangements for cleaning areas from explosive objects.

Special blasting operations

The state-of-the-art blasting technology used by our Company enables successful blasting operations on construction sites, in confined spaces, within city boundaries, industrial and utilities containing environments. High quality of blasting operations is achieved thanks to our highly skilled personnel and professional equipment.

Diving and underwater technical operations

All operations are carried out subject to prescribed rules and requirements; all issued design and reporting documents are consistent with applicable standards and regulatory documents.

Our divers have all necessary knowledge in arranging diving operations and performing technical work.

ABOUT US

Regional Center for Engineering Surveys and Special Operations, Limited Liability Company (RCES&SO, LLC) was founded in 2014 with the aim to perform demining operations, clean land and water areas from explosive objects, subsequently dispose of detected explosive hazards, obtain all approvals and authorizations from competent authorities and carry out special blasting operations. The company's core personnel is comprised of retired officers having vast demining experience and appropriate blaster qualifications.

During operations, special focus is made on occupational safety, environmental monitoring and protection and quality control assurance.

COMPLETED PROJECTS

January–March 2015

Cleaned the construction site of Sevastopol Combined-Cycle Cogeneration Plant from explosive objects.

January–April 2016

Cleaned the land strip allocated for the cable runs of Sevastopol Combined-Cycle Cogeneration Plant from explosive objects.

Completed technical reconnaissance followed by the complete cleaning of the land strip allocated for the power transmission routes of Sevastopol Combined-Cycle Cogeneration Plant from explosive objects.

June-August 2016

Technically inspected the land strip allocated for constructing the "West-Crimea-Sevastopol" 330kV High-Voltage Lines for any explosive objects.

Cleaned the land strip allocated for constructing the "West-Crimea-Sevastopol" 330kV HV Lines from explosive objects.

August-October 2016

Completed packaged operations to clean the site of the project "Construction of "Kerch-Simferopol-Sevastopol" gas main with gas branch lines connecting Simferopol Combined-Cycle Cogeneration Plant and Sevastopol Combined-Cycle Cogeneration Plant" from explosive objects to enable construction operations.

December 2016

Performed operations aimed to ensure the safety of engineering surveys (cleaned the area from explosive objects) to enable the implementation of the project "Restructuring of "Khimki-Kryukovo 1" gas branch line" and "Restructuring of Control & Distribution Unit KRP-13".

January–March 2017

Performed operations aimed to ensure the safety of engineering surveys (cleaned the area from explosive objects) to enable the implementation of the project "Restructuring of the branch line connecting KGMO-1 (Moscow Region Loop Gas Pipeline) to Control & Distribution Unit KRP-13 and KRP-14 branch line".
